I am missing all things warm and Southern-style today. So I decided to share with you all Sarah and Scott’s Eden Gardens State Park wedding (one of my favorite places to shoot). Sarah and Scott hailed from Alabama to say their “I do’s” along some of the best sites on the Gulf Coast. The day started with getting ready at The Pearl Hotel (another fav). We ventured around Rosemary Beach with endless opportunities for detail shots.
Once we all arrived at Eden Gardens, Sarah and Scott said their vows under what is known as the wedding tree. You’ll see why if you keep scrolling. Endless Spanish moss, an old plantation style home and views along the water. With plenty of dancing, and Sarah’s Dad giving an unforgettable rendition of ‘Sweet Home Alabama,’ this is a wedding near and dear to my heart, minus the jurassic size mosquitos that attacked everyone…. However, I am so grateful for the opportunity to second shoot with my wonderful friend, Brett Birdsong Photography.
This is actually a two part event to share with you all! Stay tuned for more tomorrow, as I am blogging another portrait shoot with these two along Rosemary Beach.
