I was so lucky to meet these two! And even luckier to see them last week on a trip back to Montana! Jeff and Kalea first crossed paths at a local gym in Southern California. Ever since then, anyone who knows these two can tell you it was a moment to set off years of adventures and incredible memories. With a special place in their hearts for Montana, they decided to plan a wedding at the beautiful 320 Guest Ranch in Big Sky. The perfect combination of beauty and rustic peace; a wondrous place to say ‘I do.’ Guests flew in from around the country to help celebrate, that brought a uniqueness to their day. With the majority of their neighbors traveling to witness their love, the dance floor was rarely empty and the laughter was abundant. It was apparent that friends are family with Jeff and Kalea. Jeff surprised Kalea during the reception by playing the piano. Something he’d only done one other time for his dad’s birthday. He played ‘Annie’s Song,’ by John Denver. A song, that in a speech he gave, was present during a few impactful moments in his life; one of which happened to be with Kalea in Glacier National Park. Jeff’s flawless performance left few dry eyes. The love between these two was absolutely infectious, but the friendship was even more commanding. A patience and caring effort to live this life as an adventurous duo touched every click of the camera. Even taking to the highway to grab a photo both wanted. Their ability to exemplify the love they share is something that brings about hope and acts as an example for others.
